We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase .We are not however responsible for incorrect size or choice or change of mind RETURN shipping cost is the responsibilty of the customer so we please ask that you,check carefully all fields before purchasing Thank You .

We use COURIERS PLEASE and AUSTRALIA POST the order MUST be SIGNED FOR upon DELIVERY or a card will be left for altenate delivery time .

  • All orders must be placed online
  • No phone orders ;
  • Your Personal contact and shipping information must be accurate and must match your credit card billing statement or your order will not be able to be processed.
  • International orders may be subjected to Customs Duty and or Inspection, this is the customers responsibility.
  • International orders will not be charged the Australian goods and services tax.
  • Please note, if you refuse a shipment internationally or locally you may be subjected to a return fee which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an order or ask for additional information to help us process your payment, we will inform you by email if required. . Swimwear is NON-REFUNDABLE you may exchange only for the same style in a different size PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY .
  • Accessories are not included in the price unless stated in the product description of each item. Example - petticoats, jewellery, belts, hair pieces, hats, shoes, handbags.

    If you have qualified for FREE SHIPPING and you RETURN ALL or PART of your order we will deduct the shipping cost for that order from your refund . GIFT VOUCHERS ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH AND ARE NON REFUNDABLE .



We are happy to RETURN OR EXCHANGE except :

IF an item is returned untagged and or deemed to be worn you will NOT qualify for a REFUND . This includes not tagged in it's original tagging if the items smells of perfume deodorant or wear or has been washed it will be deemed as worn and used and will NOT qualify for a REFUND OR EXCHANGE please DO NOT return items in this condition or the item will be RETURNED to you and you will have to pay for the return shipping cost .You must contact us within 7 days for RETURN /REFUND or to report a DAMAGED item .The item MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN THE 21 DAY PURCHASE PERIOD ,WE DO NOT REFUND FOR CHANGE OF MIND AND ONLY EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEMS .


We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any LOST or STOLEN or DAMAGED deliveries . We are NOT RESPONSIBLE if you RETURN an item without TRACKING and it goes missing , this will be the customers responsibility . We are NOT RESPONSIBLE if an item returned to us is damaged in transit . It is the responsibility of the customer of how they would like to return the product .
