Returns Policy

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, please choose carefully ,but if the Size / Fit is not correct you may exchange or return your item.

Returns Policy

  • Full Refund within 21 days, subject to approval from date of purchase .
  • Exchange within 21 days, subject to approval from date of purchase .
  • Any Item exchanged or returned must be intact, and returned to us WITHIN the 21 days . All claims must be made within 7 days for return or refunds *overseas customers exempt but must contact us ASAP and we do allow extra time for RETURN of goods *overseas customers only *must be approved by ADMIN .All ZIPPERS are checked if you damage / break a zipper whilst trying an item on , it does not fall under the category of a DAMAGED ITEM . The item MUST Unworn and tagged as original.If an item is RETURNED either untagged or not in it's original condition, deemed to be worn with MARK ,STAINS, CIGARETTE SMOKE , PERFUME,DEODORANT OR THE ITEM HAS BEEN WASHED ,we will NOT REFUND and you will have to pay for the RETURN shipping cost BACK TO YOU PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS IN THIS CONDITION .

  • All Exchanges/ refunds must be accompanied by an Original invoice of purchase.
  • For Exchange / Refund, you need to include a returns code which we will provide in our return email to you , please write this code on the original invoice if you have one and return it with the product/s. ;
  • For Exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can ensure that we reserve the correct size for you if we have it in stock.
  • You must state size and colour of your preference or choose another item that is of equal or greater value ( In which case we will request a payment ).
  • Lingerie, Hoisery, Cosmetics,Handbags, Jewellery,Hair Flowers or Hair accessories Books and Homewares are NON Returnable , please choose carefully.;
  • Swimwear is NON REFUNDABLE DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS you can exchange for the same style in a different size only.ALL TAGS MUST BE INTACT INCLUDING SWIM WEAR LINER AS ORIGINAL AND UNWORN.
  • Items returned for Exchange due to change of mind must not be Soiled, altered or damaged or they will be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense.
  • Regarding all items that are RETURNED , we ask that for your safety, you return items via a registered or trackable shipping method, this is totally up to your discretion but, Please note : WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS.

    Faulty or Damaged Items

    • Please Note : All items are checked at Pinup Empire Clothing to ensure perfect condition before shipping to you.
    • Faulty Products : we will Exchange or provide a full refund, the choice is yours as long as you have received approval from our RETURNS DEPARTMENT.
    • Whilst Every care is taken, occasionally an item may be faulty or damaged if this occurs please contact us imediately. IF we deem the item has been damaged by the customer we will ship the item back to the customer at their own cost We are not responsible for an item that has been that has been worn and kept for a reasonable amount of time and has reasonable wear and tear such as a button coming off .
    • All claims must be made within 7 days regarding exchanges and refunds
    • Please contact us via email which is located on our contact us page and fill in the feedback / enquiry form, in the comments box give us a detailed description of the fault or damage.
    • For faulty or damaged items, you need to include a returns code which we will provide to you in our return email, please write this code on the original invoice and return it with the product/s.
    • We do not have to refund or exchange for change of mind it is at our discretion .
