QUE. "SOLD OUT" is displayed on an item. Will this item be restocking soon and how will I know?
ANS.

Please join our waitlist and you will be notified as soon as possible by email if this item becomes available.       

 

QUE. I am in between sizes, what should I do ?
ANS.

Every brand fits differently so we advise that you measure carefully. If unsure, you could you go up a size or buy both sizes and return the size that does not fit.The return shipping is the customers responsibility .   

QUE. If an item is not correct in size or fit can I exchange or return it?
ANS.

Yes you can, except for earings, underwear, makeup, stockings or books. The item must be returned within 21 days and it must be in exactly the same new condition as when you first purchased the item. Tags must be intact. We will not accept any item that is soiled in any way. If you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly exchange the item/s or refund the cost of the item/s Within Australia 

QUE. What do I do if an item is damaged upon receiving it?
ANS.

You must inform us imediately by our feedback/ enquiry form located on our "contact us" page. You must state clearly in the comment section the description of the defect or issue and we will respond with advice on how to proceed with your return.  

QUE. Can I place an order by phone?
ANS.

No. We do not accept orders by telephone. All orders must be placed on our website.Unless there is a special circumstance when there is a problem with ordering through the website , please email or telephone us on 042894884

QUE. How do I track my order?
ANS.

Please click on Track an order at the bottom of any page to check your status in the order history.

QUE. Are the accessories depicted in the images included in the price? Eg: petticoats, belts, handbags etc.
ANS.

No. Unless clearly stated in the product description, you will only receive the product described. 

QUE. Do all BRANDS fit the same .
ANS.

NO they all fit differently we stock UK and US and EUROPEAN brands we ask that you use the SIZE/FIT  charts as a GUIDE  . 

QUE. Are all measurements exactly as specified ?
ANS.

All brands vary we allways go by the manufacturers size guidelines provided to us all measurements are a Guide only . 

QUE. Can I RETURN an ITEM that is on SALE
ANS.

A SALE item is NON - REFUNDABLE please choose carefully . You can only EXCHANGE for the same dollar amount no partial REFUND or you may choose a CREDIT NOTE .
